So what is the Benefit of Drinking Water?
The short answer is: by drinking enough water you maintain a good health and don't need drugs to keep you pain free, or to temporarily fix your body's malfunctions.
For the long answer we have to look first inside our body...
If we can imagine our body as a container, the level of water would be at about the level of our shoulders.
Almost 75% of the human body is water: • Blood is 83%water
• Muscles are 75% water
• The brain is 95% water
• Lungs are 90% water
Does this tell you anything?
At the first view it may look like a lot of water, but the reality is that we've been conceived like this, for good reasons.
