START YOUR DAY OFF RIGHT BY EATING A GOOD BREAKFAST

BREAKFAST IS THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER THOUGHOUT THE DAY ALSO.

Growing up in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, my Mama made sure that our family had a hearty breakfast. As I "got grown" (smile) I stopped eating breakfast all together because eating breakfast makes me sleepy.

I am not sure how it happened...or why it happened......It just happened. I would LOVE to get back into the habit of eating a hearty breakfast, but I get sleepy.

Will you advise?

JUST EAT SMALL PORTION, THE BIG ONE DO MAKE YOU FEEL SLEEPY.

Know what? I am going to do JUST THAT! Eat small portions. I need to REALLY let go of the Red Bulls that I drink for extra energy. I am QUITE certain that it's my HORRIBLE diet that keeps me sooo DRAINED.

Would you be willing to establish a 'diet plan' for healthy eating for me? I could REALLY use your help on this.
