One good tip when selecting green leafy vegetables is the color, the richer the green color the more nutrients they contain. Try to started adding more greens to your diet plans.

3. Grapefruit Juice has many health benefits as it is high in vitamin C and soluble fiber, and contains many antioxidants.Grapefruit juice can lower the LDL cholesterol levels. Be weary as there have been cases where grape fruit juice has interfered with people who are taking cholesterol medication. So speak to your doctor before you start having grapefruit juice.

ALSO Lentils have many health benefits- Cholesterol lowering and blood sugar stabilizing. They contain folate, fiber, protien iron and are low in calories and fat.
